Today In Sports History December 20th: Kobe Drops 62 In 3 Quarters

Kobe Bryant 62 Points

Today in sports history December 20th, 2005 Kobe Bryant outscored the Dallas Mavericks by himself through three quarters of basketball. He had 62 points through three quarters and sat out the whole 4th quarter.

Kobe declined the opportunity to chase 70 points. He instead said he wanted to save it for when the team needed it. A month later Kobe Bryant scored 81 points. The true mamba mentality.
