Week 10 NFL Quarterback Power Rankings

Rookie quarterbacks are taking the NFL by storm. Long gone are the days where a quarterback needs to sit behind a veteran for two years “learning” how to be a starter. Some might say “but look at Patrick Mahomes”, but I would caution saying that Patrick Mahomes would be just as great if he didn’t sit behind Alex Smith for a season. Now, did it make his transition a bit smoother? Possibly. But with college offenses and NFL offenses being much more similar these days then years ago, it seems like a rookie QB can come in the NFL with a quicker and smoother transition. Hence, we have 3 rookie QBs in our power rankings in the top 15. Tua, Herbert and Burrow are destined to be stars in the NFL and we need to get used to rookie QBs coming to the league and making an instant impact more in future seasons.
