The San Francsico 49ers season could be basically over. Apart from having what appears to be the typical Super Bowl hangover, this 49ers team can not catch a break when it comes to health. Now it appears their starting Quarterback and their superstar tight end are in danger of missing the rest of the season:
Jimmy Garoppolo is expected to be sidelined a minimum of six weeks and possibly longer if surgery is needed, per source.
George Kittle is out eight weeks with a broken bone in his foot, which means his season could be over.

Another bad news moment for the #49ers. Now George Kittle and Jimmy G are out indefinitely.

Yikes. Tough pill to swall if you are a fan of the 49ers. This season has been an absolute disaster health wise. And at this point you have to credit the coaching staff for being able to somehow have this team at 4-4.
