Given the current political and social climate, the Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder has come to a conclusion that it is time to change the teams name before the 2020 NFL season.
“On July 3rd, we announced the commencement of a thorough review of the team’s name. That review has begun in earnest. As part of this process, we want to keep our sponsors, fans and community apprised of our thinking as we go forward. Today, we are announcing we will be retiring the Redskins name and logo upon completion of this review,” the Washington football team announced.
Yesterday we went with the Red Wolves concept and loved how it worked with the old Redskins name, logo, and jerseys. Today comes the Warriors.

DC Steve should be hired by the team to get in these meetings about the jerseys, names, and colors!
