After the first two episodes of the Last Dance two people came out as definitely hated. That has to be Jerry Krause and Scottie Pippen’s agent. Pippen signed a 7 year $18 million dollar contract and everyone was losing their mind on Twitter that he was so underpaid. There are two sides to this story because it seems like Scottie just wanted to get a ton of years so he wasn’t forced into the contract or anything. But Twitter was already calling out Scottie’s agent.
So who was his agent? Jimmy Sexton. And he’s damn good. He represents 11 of the 14 SEC coaches including Nick Saban. And thanks to Wikipedia he has Sam Darnold, Daniel Jones, Derrick Henry and Julio Jones. So yeah he’s a big shot. Another tidbit that was not released:

So yeah Pippen was a bit underpaid. But his dad and brother had health problems and he needed to support as much as he had to do whatever it took to get as much money upfront. So I guess his agent is good, no need to blame him the whole time.
