This Is How The Houston Astros Should Prepare For The Season

Saw this online today and decided for the sake of the Houston Astros this would probably be a good idea to prepare for the season like this. Look, the Astros are about to get hit by way over 100 pitches this season so this type of preparation is going to be necessary.

In all seriousness though.. who does this and why? Why would this be fun or a good idea? I am not sure but I do got to say that this is one of the biggest acts of stupidity I have ever seen.
