If you thought that we could see Paul Pogba at Real Madrid this upcoming transfer window. Think again.
Source: Real Madrid have told Paul Pogba that they will not buy him in January due to the emergence of midfielder Fede Valverde.
Pogba, 26, has been embroiled in a transfer saga for months as he aims to leave Manchester United in the upcoming January transfer window. Los Blancos looked like the most viable option, however, he could remain a United player until the end of the season.
The midfielder’s agent Mino Raiola has been reaching out to Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane but has not got a positive response, per Marca.
This news comes as the latest setback for Pogba. The 26 year old has barely played this season due to an ankle injury and his return keeps getting pushed back. According to Manchester United manage Ole Gunnar Solskjaer he says that Pogba is not for sale despite all the rumors.
